I photograph a lot of families from Encinitas, and it is one of the areas I love serving most. My Carlsbad studio is just a short drive up the coast, and Encinitas parents consistently tell me they appreciate having a dedicated, private studio space rather than a busy outdoor location. I specialise in maternity, newborn, milestone, cake smash, and family photography, and I take only one session per day so every family gets my undivided attention.

Encinitas mums often book their maternity session around weeks 30 to 34 of pregnancy. I have a collection of over 150 maternity gowns in my studio, so you do not need to shop for anything special. Hair and makeup is included with every maternity session. The whole experience is designed to make you feel pampered and beautiful at a time when many women feel anything but.

Newborn sessions work best between 5 and 21 days old, so I always recommend Encinitas families get in touch while you are still expecting. That way we can pencil in a date and adjust once your baby arrives. The studio is warm, calm, and set up specifically for newborns. I never rush a session. Your baby leads the way.

I love photographing cake smash sessions for Encinitas families. Everything is provided: a custom cake, themed setup from my collection of over 250 backdrops, and a splash bath at the end. It is messy, fun, and the photos always make parents laugh. Your little one gets to be completely themselves.
